1. | All vegetables and meat should be boiled or steamed. |
2. | No alcoholic drinks, soda (sugar), ice cream, peanuts, salad dressing. |
3. | No sugar, but you can drink milk. Chicken is lean & skinless. Eggs are okay, but max. 3 eggs per day. |
4. | You can substitute other fruits, but use low sugar and low water fruits. |
5. | Moderate exercise (such as walking) will improve your results. |
