 Eat as many vegetables as you want during this diet and it should not affect the results.  You can also increase the amount of fruit you eat as long as the fruits chosen are not high in sugar.  (Some example of high sugar fruit are pineapple, peaches and watermelon.  Some example of low sugar fruit are star fruit, strawberries and grapefruits.)  When you feel hungry you can have more tomatoes and coffee or water to keep yourself feeling full.
